Your role:
As Risk & Compliance Officer you are responsible for managing insurances, following up on subsidy opportunities and coordinating legal and compliance activities within the organization. You work closely with the management team, internal departments and external parties in the Benelux, Portugal, Poland and the UK.
Responsibilities:
Management of all business insurances: policy monitoring, claims and renewals.
Subsidy management: detecting relevant subsidy programs, preparing and following up files.
Compliance follow-up: coordinating internal processes regarding regulations and risks.
Contracts management: maintain an overview of commercial contracts and coordination with external partners.
Advisory role for management on risks and legal issues.
Your profile:
Master in Law or equivalent experience.
Several years of relevant work experience in a legal position.
Strong in the analysis of insurance, compliance and subsidies.
You think in terms of processes, work in a structured manner and take ownership.
Good knowlegde of Dutch and English.
