you ensure smooth rental planning and are the point of contact for our customers. With
your technical interest and proactive attitude, you will support the rental department in a
dynamic working environment.
What do we expect?
Welcoming drivers and ensuring smooth service.
Answering customer queries via phone and email.
Rental planning of trailers in collaboration with colleagues and workshops.
Keeping trailer data up-to-date in rental software and proactive communication.
Preparing rental quotations and handling damage claims.
Checking trailers on hire and return.
Managing 5 trailer mechanics.
Knowledge of MS Office and good PC skills.
Affinity with transport and technology.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Communicative, proactive and customer-friendly.
Driving licence B.
