Job Description:
Analyse parts sales, stock, and turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Monitor stock rotation and propose assortment and inventory optimizations.
Conduct market research on parts prices, availability, and supplier competitiveness.
Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using Excel or ERP systems.
Identify and contact potential new suppliers and prepare evaluation summaries.
Support purchasing and stocking strategies and their implementation.
Collaborate with workshop and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.
Provide temporary support or substitution for Parts and Warehouse Coordinators when needed (including occasional assistance in the Netherlands).
Your profile:
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Experience in reporting, data analysis, or inventory management (ERP knowledge is a plus).
Background or strong interest in the transport & logistics industry.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and spare parts logistics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of English and/or Dutch (other languages are a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
